No longer one of the area's best kept secrets, "The Bunker Restaurant" at Arrowhead Park Golf Club in Minster offers a full menu for lunches and dinners. Chef Damien Cox updated the menu which now features such items as Chicken Nachos, Bruschetta, Salads, BBQ Pulled Pork, a Grilled Shrimp Po' Boy, Chicken Monterrey and several different gourmet variations on standard sandwiches and burgers. During German Family Christmas, Chef Damien will demonstrate how to prepare a favorite holiday dessert, Bananas Foster (and he tells me it's easier than you think). Visitors will also be able to dine in the restaurant and enjoy their new menu. Chef Damien will offer wine tasting during the weekend as well, providing an excellent opportunity to select the ideal wine for your holiday get-togethers and celebrations. Over in the pro shop, PGA Club Pro Ashley Wilt will be offering club fittings and Ping Putter fittings and demonstrations. Shop Specials and Gift Card Discounts will be available in the Pro Shop as well.
